Apple pie 🎂🍰🍏🍎

I wanted to bake this cake for years but I was never brave enough to try it out. Finally I did it and it wasn’t as hard as I expected it. It’s a bit of work but it tastes so delicious.❤

You will need for the first dough:

  • 225 grams flour
  • 60 grams sugar 
  • 7 grams vanilla sugar 
  • 150 grams soft butter 

For the second dough you will need:

  • 125 grams soft butter 
  • 125 grams sugar 
  • 7 grams vanilla sugar 
  • 3 eggs
  • 75 grams flour 
  • 50 grams cornflour
  • 1 tsp baking powder 

You will also need 6 to 8 apples and a few raisins.

First of all add all the ingredients for the first dough in a bowl and mix until a cookie dough consistency forms. Put the dough on a baking tray and roll and smooth it  out.

Take a fork and punch a few times into the dough. Then bake the dough for 12 minutes at 160 of 180 degrees.

Now it’s time for the second mixture. Mix everything in a bowl. Then add the mixture on top of the dough.

Now peel your apples and line them on the baking tray. Add a few raisins on top. Bake the cake for 55 minutes on 160 to 180 degrees Celsius. 

It is by far one of my favorite cakes and so easy to make. ♥
