Cinnamon muffins

I found this recipe on Pinterest a few days ago and wanted to try it out. They turned out quiet good. Personally I didn’t loved them that much, I found them okay, but all my friends and family really liked them so try it out ;).

You will need:

  • 210g plain flower
  • 1 and a half tsp baking soda
  • half a tsp salt
  • a quarter of a tsp nutmeg
  • half a tsp cinnamon
  • 1 egg
  • 150g sugar
  • 75g oil
  • 180 ml milk

For the outside of the muffins you will need:

  • 150g sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 112g melted butter

 

Mix the flower, baking soda, cinnamon, salt and nutmeg in a bowl.

Mix the egg, sugar, oil and milk in a second bowl together.

Then combine both mixture in a bowl.

Bake the muffins at 175 degrees Celsius for 20 – 25 minutes.

Mix the cinnamon with the sugar. Take the hot muffins and dip them in the melted butter and then roll the muffins in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.

After that you can eat and enjoy them :).
