The cookies I tried to make two days ago actually turned out amazing in taste. So I did them again today 🙂 I love baking so much. It let me calm down and I love that the people who get the cookies are so happy about it :).
Today I used a different piping nozzel which was the best thing I could have done :D. For these cookies you really need a big nozzel otherwise it won’t go well.
What you will need:
- 160g plain flour
- 1 egg
- 110g butter
- 60g icing sugar
- 1 vanilla pod
- a pinch of baking soda
- a pinch of salt
- 80g milk chocolate or any chocolate you prefer
First your butter has to be really really soft. You mix the butter with the vanilla pod and the icing sugar until it is really creamy.
I used this instead of a vanilla pod which is basically ground vanilla pod.
Then you take a second bowl and mix the flower with the baking soda and the salt.
You add the egg into the butter bowl and mix. Then you add the flour bit by bit.
After you finished you fill your mixture into a piping bag.
Then you put your cookies into the oven and bake them for 9 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
After they cooled down you melt your chocolate and drizzle it over your cookies.
